i'm seriously surprised that hoe seng paid up class fund(according to yick loong)
if that true, that means i'm the only one left and still owing 8 dollars to the class fund.
sadly it has to turn out this way. it is not my character not to pay class fund and delay payment all the time. i do get tired of all this shit.
for people who know me from first 3 months and secondary school, i always got pay up to my respective class fund.
somehow the trend of paying class fund got broken and the reason is that the person in charge of class fund is not giving me the impression that he/she is someone that i can trust handling my money.
When money is involved, integrity comes into play. Being a former treasurer myself, it is not easy. BUT integrity must always be upheld. The most important thing is always imform the rest of the classmates what the money collected is used for at every collection. AND being the tresurer DOES NOT mean that you can "borrow" money from the class fund.
Sadly in 1805 i do not get the luxury of such information. Seriously speaking, a class fund that has no leftovers at the end of a year is a failure. I do not care what the treasurer does with the leftover at the end of the year because it shows that the money has been well managed. If the class fund is always short of money, most people will feel that something is wrong right? and some of them might resent paying class funds right? Well, i am one of them. That is exactly how i feel about 1805 class fund situation.
This is my side of the story. What's yours?
