Like what yick loong said, words from all of you weigh a lot. Face it, all of us care about criticisms and want to defend ourselves. We will also want to clarify ourselves if we are misunderstood. It's only human. The problem is everyone wants to be heard and few of us really hear what others have to say. Even if we try to hear others, most likely, we only take it at face value and not think about why the person would say such things and what is the real meaning behind it. Granted, we have to blame the fast pace of life for it, but I hope everyone (including myself) would exercise the right to comment with caution. At the same time, I want to say that criticism can make or break people. (hope that all of us are resilient enough :)
I think shuiyong and yick loong are in a constant dilemma whether to encourage people to speak out and risk hurting others OR to intervene and risk losing the opportunity for everyone to come clean. Simply put, they are stuck in the middle, willingly. Those who want to feel being part of the class should be like them, feel for the class and classmates first. I think both of them took the former path but sometimes it seemed to prove to be (almost) unbearable.
I'm hoping that everything will be resolved tomorrow so that both of them will get the breath of fresh air they badly needed. In fact, for some others, it is as draining as well. I think we need a closure before we can concentrate on the A levels.
I'm sure this matter has been weighing on our minds for the past few days (at least it has been on my mind).
I'm giving my two cents' worth and I try to look from a neutral point of view.
I noticed that these few days, a few 18/05 girls have been targeted. I'm not in the position to challenge those words posted online whether they are true or not. I just want to suggest that we have to keep an open mind when commenting on people. Therefore, I want to ask this question, "What have the girls done to incur such words?" I do hope I can get an answer tomorrow (or earlier). By the way, contrary to popular belief (being the knife-wielding and anti-social dajieda :), I'm open to discussions and challenges from anyone.

(p.s. let me admit that, I "isolate" (if that is the word) myself, not the other way round and I'm thinking hard why )
